These terms govern your access to and use of the pluto.agency website. Engagements with Pluto are separately governed by a signed Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Who we are

Pluto Agency, Inc. is a Delaware C-corp with its studio at 2040 Valencia Street, Studio 4, San Francisco, CA 94110. References to "Pluto," "we," and "our" mean Pluto Agency, Inc.

3. Intellectual property

The Pluto name, logo, written content, photography, and the underlying code of this site are the property of Pluto or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Case-study imagery and client marks are used with permission of the respective owners. You may share short excerpts for non-commercial commentary with attribution.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or probe the site.
  • Do not scrape or systematically harvest content without written consent.
  • Do not impersonate Pluto, its team or its clients.

5. Enquiries

Completing the enquiry form does not create a client relationship. Pluto is only engaged once both parties have executed an MSA and an SOW.

6. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party resources. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

7. Disclaimers

This site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pluto disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pluto will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site. Direct liability for use of the site is limited to USD 100.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of San Francisco County, California.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes become effective means you accept the revised terms.
