Accessibility Statement
Last updated
1 January 2026
Pluto Agency, Inc. is committed to making pluto.agency accessible to the widest possible audience, including people who rely on assistive technologies. We design and build to WCAG 2.2 Level AA and continually test the site with real users.
What we've done
- Semantic HTML structure with clear landmarks and heading hierarchy.
- Colour contrast meets or exceeds WCAG 2.2 AA ratios (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text and UI).
- Full keyboard operability, visible focus states and a persistent "Skip to main content" link.
- Alternative text on meaningful imagery; decorative imagery marked as such.
- Forms with explicit labels, inline validation and clear error messaging.
- Respect for
prefers-reduced-motion— we avoid motion that can trigger discomfort.
Known limitations
Some third-party embeds (for example, case-study video or external analytics) may not fully conform to WCAG 2.2 AA. Where that is the case, we provide equivalent text-based content or an accessible alternative on request.
Testing
We audit the site quarterly using axe-core, Lighthouse, and manual testing with NVDA, VoiceOver and keyboard-only navigation. Every production release is gated by an automated accessibility check.
Telling us about a barrier
If you run into an accessibility issue anywhere on our site, please let us know. We investigate every report and aim to respond with next steps inside two business days.

Ongoing commitment
Accessibility is a process, not a project. We'll keep improving this site — and any work we ship for clients — for everyone who uses it.
