We do not sell personal data. We share data only with vetted subprocessors that help us operate (hosting, analytics, email, CRM, payments) and with professional advisors. Current subprocessors are listed at privacy@pluto.agency on request.
6. Retention

8. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents may request disclosure and deletion of their personal information and may opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. Pluto does not sell personal information.
9. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, least-privilege access, vendor review and an incident-response plan. No system is perfectly secure, and we commit to transparent communication in the unlikely event of an incident.
10. Changes
We will update this policy when our practices change. Material changes will be signalled on this page and, where appropriate, by email to active clients.
